Cinepolis Complex
RSA model spring supports and NTA heels for the generated vibration transmission. The percentage of absorption is between 95% to 98%.
BMW San Luis Potosi Plant
Seismic mounts that accomplished the requirements according to zone 2 which indicates the following points: Rigidly mounted equipment have forces of 0.20 g to 0.40 g horizontally and 0.06 to 0.015 g vertically. Our tested products can support up to 2 g according to the selected model.
Toluca Convention Center
Expansion joints and hoses with two neoprene spheres. In the installation of the cold water system for the building, expansion joints were installed in the suction and discharge connections of the equipment to prevent that the generated vibration wasn’t transmitted through the pipes . Achieving 95% isolation.
Citibanamex Project
When developing the CitiBanamex project, preventive measures were taken to reduce the noise generated by the ventilation equipment which is conducted by air conditioning ducts. In this project Silencers to suction and discharge were installed having an attenuation of 25 dB, that’s how we achieved the design goal.
Google Music Room
Google Music Room Thickness of 4″ separated by an air space of 2″ supported by PMN neoprene elements act as vibration isolators. Achieving an isolation of 95% to 98%.
Crowne Plaza Hotel
It was established as an engineering design goal to isolate 90% of the vibrations generated by the handlers when hanging them on springs and connect them with hoses to avoid transmission of vibration by rigid elements.
Castillo de Chapultepec
For the renovations that took place in the exhibition halls of El Castillo de Chapultepec, several “package” type air conditioners (6 to 15 T.R.) were placed on the roof of the castle.
