Rectangular Silencer SI

Rectangular-shaped mufflers are designed to attenuate the sound of air in air-conditioning duct systems. Most of the noise is created in the system fan, or in the air hose, the amount of noise that reaches the conditioned space depends on the characteristics of the noise generated in the fan and the “attenuation” of noise in the system of ducts. Our silencers have certain ranges of attenuation (between 9 and 33 db). These work by means of a filling of sound absorbing material that together with the perforated metal allow the required attenuation of noise.
